Re-Splicery: YouTube and Google Videos
Even though I despise the fact that the video quality at YouTube and Google Videos is clearly lower than the ones on the official Re-Splicery site, I figured that uploading them in this fashion would enable people to share them with others easier, and hopefully lead them to the higher-quality versions. Some of you might wonder why I did this after wiping out my MySpace page earlier, and removing the same videos from that site. I’m willing to make this compromise, because what’s at stake here isn’t the quality of the message (in the latter two videos*), but simply the quality of the imagery involved. Also, no uncontrollable advertisements are involved for things as foul as Maxim magazine and the like, not to mention there isn’t any sort of friend collection system whereby members are judged. The attention is on people’s work, and I can appreciate that focus, even if the image quality is reduced. So, that said, here are the three Re-Splicery videos thus far:
#1: Persistent Disparate Interchange ( YouTube | Google Video )
#2: Dismissive-Complacent Disorder ( YouTube | Google Video )
#3: Easy Steps to Stunning Success ( YouTube | Google Video )
* The first video is simply a historic collage regarding diverse telephone usage and growth.
