Disaster Strikes Again
As much as I hate to do it, I feel it’s my obligation to tell everyone out there what happened. At least to some degree. I thought, of course, there was the possibility of the second band ending, but since it actually has now, it truly sucks to have it sink in. Erik and Blake have quit because they’ve decided it’s not the right thing for them to do right now. Erik left two days ago to move back to California, while Blake remains in Waukee, Iowa. Robby Ogden (formerly of Cardboard Canary and Crandlebean), Kirk Brown (formerly of Cellophane the Midwives and currently of Elmo) and I are now in talks of creating a new and different type of band. This time, however, I think it would be wise to inform you after something solid has begun, rather than blathering excitedly over something that once again may not work. As for now, I am running Shrieking Tree Web Factory, which is a Web site design company, continuing to develop songs, write scripts, and will hopefully soon be progressing on the An Umbrella Web project along with some co-conspirators. Thank you for the continued e-mails. I know I’m slow to respond sometimes, but I appreciate them. Since this Web site may fall silent for another month, if any of you are interested you can get ahold of me via e-mail here or with AOL Instant Messenger by IMing LadBoyTick.
