No commentsEP Finally Complete!
Yet another mark of good news for Cardboard Canary had been made today. We’ve just received word that mixes of all five songs for the EP have been completed. Meaning we should have copies of it available for purchase this weekend for the very small cost of $5. That’s a dollar per song, plus a bunch of bonus material. So here’s the deal: Come to the shows this weekend and you can get a CD! More details on the album will be up soon…
Bradford and Robby Play with Vici
Here’s an interesting little tidbit of info. Among the other bands playing with us Friday, a new band called Vici will be playing as well which features our own Bradford Johnson on guitar/vocals, our tour drummer Robby Ogden, former Cellophane the Midwives bassist Chris Blaess, and new vocalist/guitarist Josh Thompson. It’s their first show so check them out!
No commentsBlake Returns, CD Release!
Some exciting developments have been made lately. The reunited Cardboard Canary will be playing a show at the Kossuth Youth Center on March 29th with Blake and the new EP, which is titled “And So Begins the Serene Flight into Stormclouds.” It should prove to be an interesting show, and we’ll have more details coming soon!
